About this event

The Spring Equinox is a natural turning point when light and dark come into balance, inviting a sense of alignment within the body and spirit. It offers a gentle pause to reconnect with balance while opening to the light, renewal, and growth of the season ahead.

As this seasonal shift unfolds, it becomes a supportive time to softly clear the body and calm the nervous system, allowing space for warmth, expansion, and new intentions to emerge.

Troy Keeney and Emily Weer bring their depth of experience and grounded presence to this work as they hold the intention for all of us to release stored tension, stagnant energy, and the heaviness of winter so that new growth can arise naturally.

Through the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, shamanic instruments, ethereal tones, voice, breath, and deep rest, the evening supports the body in unwinding and resetting while creating fertile space for spring intentions to take root and begin to grow.
