Located in Boatworks Mall on the ground level next to Jake's on the Lake.
Walk through the mall, go out the glass back doors that face Lake Tahoe, walk outside
down the stairs and we are on the bike path at lake level facing the marina.
Our Truckee studio will be at 10124 E Street, in a former Catholic Church built in the 1890s in historic downtown. Stay tuned for an early winter opening date.

The Original Hot Yoga: 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in the Bikram Method. Each pose is performed twice for maximum therapeutic benefit. The foundation class for beginners through advanced practitioners. 60 or 75 minutes. Hot and Humid.
INFERNO HOT PILATES
Inferno Hot Pilates class is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat (with a towel on top to collect all of your sweat) in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
WARM YIN YOGA
Create a sense of deep relaxation in your mind and body. Room is heated and music is used to create the perfect environment to relax and deeply stretch your body.
HOT VINYASA YOGA
Hot Vinyasa Yoga is a physically challenging, strength-building class. The room is heated 90-95 degrees and the class is a unique sequence of yoga poses linked together by breath - a flow.
STANDUP PADDLEBOARD YOGA
Yoga with an EPIC view! Get out on the lake and paddle and stretch. Bring your bachelorette party, family or coworkers for a super fun time! Summertime only.
